What we collect

When you buy, we collect your name, your email address and the details of your order. Your card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

This site counts visits to its pages. Your browser keeps a random number so each visit is counted once a day. That number is not your name or email, and it never leaves this site.

Why we collect it

To take your payment, to send you what you paid for, to answer you when you write to us, and to keep the records the tax office expects.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the payment. Our hosting provider serves these pages. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them for advertising. When you buy, we add your name and email address to our email list at HighLevel. We use it to send you what you bought and our other emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Write to support@tryspeakerscout.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We answer every request.

Our promise

Change your mind before I start your build and I'll refund you in full. Once I start, I'll keep working on it until you're happy with it.

Questions about any of this? Email support@tryspeakerscout.com and a person will answer.
