Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-08

These terms are between you and Agile Innovations, LLC, 19329 Gleedsville Rd., Leesburg, VA 20175. Buying from this site means you agree to them.

What you are buying

You are buying access to The Done-For-You Book Funnel and anything listed with it on the sales page. Access is for you. Please do not share it, resell it or publish it.

What we promise

We give you what the sales page said, at the price the checkout showed you. If anything is missing, tell us and we will fix it.

What we do not promise

We cannot promise a specific result for you, because that depends on what you do with it. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and you are charged once, for the amount you saw, unless you choose to pay in two (see below).

Paying in two

At the checkout you can choose to pay for The Done-For-You Book Funnel in two payments instead of one. If you do, we charge $250.00, plus any extras you add, when you pay, and Stripe keeps your card on file. 30 days later we charge the remaining $250.00 to the same card. The checkout shows both amounts and the date before you agree, and nothing else is charged under the plan.

If the second payment is declined, we try the card again a day later, up to four times in all. If you are refunded in full, or you dispute the first payment, before the second payment is taken, the second payment is cancelled.

Ending it

We can close an account that shares access or abuses the material. If we do that without cause, we refund you.

Our promise

Change your mind before I start your build and I'll refund you in full. Once I start, I'll keep working on it until you're happy with it.
